Academic Studies Press participates in Knowledge Unlatched 2020 Pledging Round for Open Access

Academic Studies Press is pleased to announce the inclusion of several of its titles in the new 2020 pledging round of Knowledge Unlatched. 

“Open Access has grown to be an important part of Academic Studies Press’s commitment towards the academic community”, says Matthew Charlton, Sales, Marketing, & Open Access Manager at Academic Studies Press. “We have committed nine titles to this year’s pledging round, including important works in Film and Media, Gender Studies, History, and Politics and International Studies. We’re looking forward to broad support from the global library community to help increase discoverability of these titles and to democratize research.”

Thanks to Knowledge Unlatched’s initiatives more than 1,700 books and 40 journals have already been published Open Access with the financial support of more than 600 libraries in 36 countries.
